ABOUT US
Diamond Cycle Centre is a family-run business established in 2010 by Steve and Ben Diamond. Starting out in an Industrial Unit in Charlesfield, St Boswells with a small range of Raleigh, Diamondback and Merida bikes, we soon realised that we needed to be more central in the Borders and so in October 2010, we took on a shop in the centre of Galashiels in Overhaugh Street. This was a great move for us and we expanded rapidly, taking on more brands. Three years later and we were on the move again!! In August 2013, we moved to the Adam Purves Hub (Shell Garage) in Wilderhaugh, Galashiels and now occupy the showroom. This has been a brilliant move, we now have plenty of on-site parking and a contemporary, bright and airy shop.
As keen cyclist ourselves, we have a huge amount of passion for what we do and love being able to share our enthusiasm with all of our valued customers. We aim to create a personal, friendly experience for you and try to make the process of buying or repairing your bike as easy and stress-free as possible! We believe in good old fashioned customer service and we treat people the way we like to be treated ourselves. We are not just an internet business, we like talking to people to make sure they are buying the right bike and the right size of bike for their needs.
